If your order is set to authorized, it means that your order has just come in and has not yet been processed or shipped.
Authorized orders usually get shipped within 24 hours of order confirmation.
If your order is in set to preorder, it means that your order has been received and will be packed up and shipped out to be delivered on or around the release week of the item you are pre-ordering.
**If your order contains other merchandise included with your pre-order, your order will
ship complete with the pre-order.**
If your order is set to processing, it means that it has to be manually attended to. Usually it is fixed in a matter of hours.
However, if you see your order in processing for more than 24 hours, please feel free to call or email us and we can let you know what is going on.
If your order is in set to queued, it means that your order has been processed and is currently being packaged and sent on its way to you. You will receive your tracking number as soon as it is set to shipped at the end of our business day.
If your order is in set to contact customer, it means that there we ran into some trouble with your order and we are trying to reach you to get your order shipped out ASAP.
